  • Convirgence will match the employees contribution up to 6% of their salary vested immediately

Holidays and Vacation

  • All Federal Government Holidays (11 days/80 hours)
  • Four weeks of vacation per year (20 days/160 hours)
  • These hours are earned per pay period
  • Convirgence allows for 10 day/80 hour carry over by calendar year for the employee

Education and Training

  • $5,000 in tuition and continuing education reimbursement.
  • Employees are able to use 50% of these benefits after 6 months of employment and 100% after the first year of employment.
