Benefits Include:
401k Retirement
- Convirgence will match the employees contribution up to 6% of their salary vested immediately
Holidays and Vacation
- All Federal Government Holidays (11 days/80 hours)
- Four weeks of vacation per year (20 days/160 hours)
- These hours are earned per pay period
- Convirgence allows for 10 day/80 hour carry over by calendar year for the employee
Education and Training
- $5,000 in tuition and continuing education reimbursement.
- Employees are able to use 50% of these benefits after 6 months of employment and 100% after the first year of employment.
- These benefits are available by calendar year

- Convirgence provides 1x salary up to $150,000 of term life insurance for the employee.

- Convirgence provides a laptop for the employee to use
